Tom is a co-owner of BVM. He has many years experience as a machinist, welder and precision fabricator as well as shop supervisor and expert technical advisor. He provides key leadership to the company in the areas of mechanical design and industrial methods.

Steve is a co-owner of BVM. His early background entails all aspects of automobile body repair, including the management of retail operations. In addition, Steve has extensive experience in production support and manufacturing operations at numerous companies throughout North America. He now focuses on electromechanical design and control as well as finishing methods.
